Beamers, Projectors ...

Ideally, speakers should

• appear in the preparation room 30 minutes before their session
• have their talk ready on a memory stick
• copy their talk on to our laptop which will be running Windows XP

We can show files using

• Powerpoint (MS Office 2003)
• Acrobat Reader 7.0 (PDF files)
• Impress (OpenOffice 2.0.3)

It would be easiest if you bring your talk on a memory stick. If necessary, bring your own laptop.
